At Princess DZ, we operate with Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure a simple and transparent shopping experience.

Delivery, inspection, and acceptance

Customers may choose to accept or refuse the order at the time of delivery.

  • Opening and inspecting the package is only possible at the delivery stop desk (agency/office), not during home delivery.

  • If the customer chooses to inspect the order at the delivery stop desk, shipping fees must be paid.

  • After inspection, the customer may:

    • Accept the order and pay the full amount, or

    • Refuse the order and request a return without paying for the product.

Once the order is accepted and paid, it is considered delivered.

Returns after acceptance

At this stage, Princess DZ does not offer returns or refunds after the order has been accepted, as we are a small online shop.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review:

  • Product descriptions

  • Sizes, colors, and details
    before confirming their order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
